Warranty Coverage with active membership:
- *Plumbing repairs (does not include drain cleaning): 10 year parts/labor warranty (Lifetime with water filtration installation)
- *Plumbing fixtures: 10 year parts/labor warranty (Lifetime with water filtration installation)
- *Water heater installations (not including boiler tankless coils): 10 years Parts/labor (Prorated labor warranty years 11-20 with water filtration installation)
- *Water filtration: 10 year parts/labor warranty. Year 11-20 prorated labor warranty
- *Water heater repairs: 5 years parts/labor
- *Heating repairs (including tankless water coils): 5 years parts/labor
Benefits:
- Water heater installations come with complimentary annual water heater flush/Anode check service at the time of annual complimentary visit. (Cost of Anode rods, gaskets, or water filters not included.) Select water heaters may require additional maintenance at additional cost. (I,e tankless water heaters)
- Water filter installations include a complimentary filter change service at the time of annual complimentary visit. (Water filter replacement cartridges sold separately)
- Enhanced Lifetime warranties apply when a qualifying water filtration product is sold and installed by Emerald City Plumbing and Heating that removes either Chlorine, limescale buildup, or both. Standard Sediment filters or customer supplied products do not qualify.
- Your membership must remain active and all required maintenance must be followed for Emerald City P&H to honor any extended warranty or membership benefit. A cancelation of your membership will cause any prior services performed to revert to our standard 1 Year warranty from the original date of service, unless otherwise stated.
- Heating system installations include only oil or gas boiler systems sold by Emerald City Plumbing & Heating. Emerald City Plumbing and Heating does NOT install forced air furnaces, air handlers, or Heat Pump systems.
- Equipment must be sold by Emerald City Plumbing & Heating to qualify for any membership discounts or benefits.
- Diagnostic charges do apply for any service call scheduled before an active membership is applied.
- A Twelve (12) month minimum plan commitment is required. Any cancellations of the membership plan prior to the initial Twelve (12) month period will Void any previous discounts from the first years invoices.
